togekiss, roserade, or pretty much any of the 3rd stage pokemon added in gen4. the only ones outside of that that stick out are blissey (because of its power as a tank), and raichu. I know raichu doesn't look like a mega, but lets be honest, pikachu is so popular a lot of people don't evolve it (not my opinion btw, jus generalising), and a mega stone would give the chance to temporarily power it up to make pikachu usable, then leave him go back to cute. Honestly i'd say the only reason pikachu didnt get a mega was because it would have to be a mega raichu, so if raichu didn't exist in gen 1, i'd say he would have been pikachus mega this gen
