Chain Fishing is the quickest and easiest, but you're limited to who you can get, IVs probably won't be good, and you only have a 50% chance of getting the right nature.
MM is the best overall, as you can actually control the nature, egg moves, and guarantee at least a few good IVs. Can potentially take ages.
I haven't tried Pokeradar in this game yet but that can be infuriating, plus has the same drawbacks as chain fishing.
