Typing is a big deal but even with a type imbalance your team will benefit more with a proper spiker

Well, Klefki is an easy catch.

This doesn't help me with waldo minerals and a spinner, though.

Well I use Donphan as my spinner personally though that's not necessarily the best; only a handful can learn the move right now though.

Oddly enough the main pebble user I've seen online has been Tyrantrum using the strategy of

>Pebbles on the switch

Though I don't really know how good that is.

It's pretty niche though.

Ferrothorn is always there
Gigalith was a great suicide lead back in Gen 5 DW when we had custap berries. Set up rocks, attack until sturdy or low health, custap explosion
Shit was incredible.

Crustle basically acts as a combination of Ferrothorn's survivability with Gigalith and Carbink's sturdy. I wouldn't recommend it on anything but a trick room team though. And if you're doing that, Carbink is pretty great for that too seeing as it can actually learn trick room.

You could technically run Steelix, I guess. I wouldn't recommend it at all, but it's there.

I probably wouldn't even consider Golem if Crustle is on a low spot.

Carbink is probably the best smogon stones user right now since not a lot of things have access to it. Huge defenses and access to screen/reflect.
