After escaping the the dumb and dumber grunts and taking their directions to human resources, the disheveled grunt was ready to be compensated. Four years in the field and no one had checked in, but a funeral was held apparently... that would make anyone slightly perturbed...

The infirmary door was flung forward, swinging against the wall with a crash. The young Rocket Grunt opening it had fallen forward onto the floor. It was the same one who had his arm bitten off by a Carnivine, as could be seen from his prosthetic left arm. He didn't move or speak a word after falling, and was bleeding profusely on the floor.

The trail didn't take long to turn off the hallway and into another door. A break room, the same one whose coffee machine so often seemed to be broken. The door was already open as he approached, but from his angle in the hallway he could see little aside the blood trial leading inside.

Mike was just getting caught up with the final briefing in Slateport before heading out to finally finish what he'd started some two years prior. Hell, everything just got in the way all at once, didn't it? No matter; in a few weeks it'd all be over anyway. At least he had a little backup other than his team... In the room he found four Rocket Grunts sitting on the couch, each with combat knives at their own throats, one woman and two men. They were young, only around 20, and looked terrified. "So did mine," came a curt reply as a button was pressed and a giant cat bear was released from it's prison. Breaking part of the ceiling, it gave a roar and a grunt as it made itself wake up from it's slumber. It hit it's belly like a drum and lurched forward, picking up it's almost midget trainer and tucking it underneath one of it's paws. Giving a final yawn, it pushed it's way past the desk of the human resources head, tipping it over in the process and put a paw up to the wall. This time the wall was not only injured, but destroyed. leaving a snorlax sized hole in it's wake.

The hooded figure, dangling backwards from the giant's grip yelled a warning that no one could possibly hear over the giant footsteps.

After going about 5 miles out of town the Snorlax stopped and grunted. Laying itself down, it released it's passenger turned on it's side setting a paw next to it's trainer. It gave a whine, notifying the former agent to feed it and maybe not ask it to walk for a month or two. Sitting down and leaning against a fat roll on the pokemon, the now pissed off trainer lowered the hood. Underneath was a badly sunburnt young woman, still dirty from her trip. Her eyes twitched a bit from sleepiness and she leaned her whole weight into the cat bear, which just elicited another whine. Sighing and reaching into her bag, she dug around for a rare candy bar and tossed it into the paw of her pokemon. Appeased for now, it began to eat. Closing her eyes, she thought. Now was the time to exact revenge. For four years she had trained in the field. She was no longer the short, unskilled, and clumsy trainer she once was. Now she was pretty damn good. Before she had left, she had owned a rather small munchlax, far too weak to be considered a good pokemon, but now she had a fully trained team of six, well if she included the two pokemon Madam Boss had sent her out for. Thinking it was impossible she had caught them, though they were not what she had imagined. To put it shortly, both were lazy and dead weight. So she thought. She would need allies. Allies to help her get what she wanted...

"I don't think we can get any closer than the Pokemon Center. Unless..." Mike would have to think about it. He had only two Pokemon on his team that could do that, and neither Paula nor Sophia were strong enough on their own. Maybe if they worked together, the two Gardevoir could generate enough power to get them in directly. Worst case, they'd just end up at the Pokemon Center like most teleporters do.
