I'd like to the scrapped sea routes (called "Sevii Isles", heh) completed and added. Sevii Isles 6 and 7 are outside Floe Island, while 8 and 9 are meant to connect the Tanoby Ruins to Navel Rock.

No, they scrapped the "Sevii Isles", which are sea routes despite their name. There's only Sevii Isles 6-9 and 22-24. And 8 and 9 are the only with map data.
