Thanks. Yea, I post on /toy/ a lot. Some of it is new, but I've been holding out for the new Taktomy shit that's supposed to be at TrU. Planned on getting Noivern and Xerneus while keeping my fingers crossed for some bigger figures with more articulation.

Of course, the new D-Arts Lucario looks fucking badass too, so it'll be bought whenever it's available.

a few weeks ago, a friend and I decided to do a bit of a comic/collectible shop crawl in Boston.

Found this for five bucks. Buying it, I instantly lament not having the other Eevees.

Then at Target one day, they had the two pack with Eevee and Froakie, and looking on the cross sell, Umbreon, Espeon, and Flareon are also in production.
I am excite.

Man I remember I used to have at least a plastic bin full of these- I think they had keychains on them originally and then the toy store started selling ones without the chains on them and I asked for them all the time.
Then there were the gold blocks from McDonald's I remember I had a Togepi one. There was also some bubble bath once and there was this Lugia figure on the top and I was like 'hell yeah' and that was a part of the collection too.
I'm kinda sad I got rid of them when I was around 12 and stopped playing with them, I had a pretty impressive collection. Still kept my fossil Raichu card and fuckin binder full of cards though.
Pic related I still have that thing in top condition my dad got it for me when I was like 6.

This is my attempt at sculpting a Typhlosion. I had to make his feet fucking huge to support the rest of him, and I couldn't get his face 100% symmetrical. I still fucking love him, though

I made it out of Plaster of Paris, or something similar...took approx. 10hrs to sculpt it, another 2 to paint it after it dried. I worked off of random Typhlosion images I found on DeviantArt.

Zukan, they made everything from gen 1-4 minus Onix/Steelix in 1:40 scale (or smaller for some legends) but started getting sporadic in gen5.
The only time they make releases have to do with things like movies anymore.

And Gen 2. I have a couple gen 3-5, and I always make sure to get the starters evo lines, but I got most of the first 2 gens from the pokemon center in new york and gen 3 was around the time they switched to a general nintendo store and stopped offering the figures online.
