Gen 5 introduced a shitload of bug pokémon that can learn bug buzz, but shouldn't be able to.

In spite of not having wings, Galvantula, Accelgor, Escavalier and Genesect can learn it. Better that they can anyway since Bug Buzz is a pretty damned good move.

Pangoro should get Close Combat, why does it get fucking LOW SWEEP at level 70?

Here is its dex entry:
"It charges ahead and bashes its opponents like a berserker, uncaring about any hits it might take. Its arms are mighty enough to snap a telephone pole."

and here's the description for Close Combat:

"The user fights the target up close without guarding itself. This also lowers the user's Defense and Sp. Def stats."

There should be an ability or abilities that enable immediate usage of Two-turn moves, or/also negate the recharge turn for the Hyper Beam Moves. The payoff should be Solar Power's HP Deduction or in sunlight or 1/8 HP loss should these moves be used.

Hyper Force or Sheer Power to use the Hyper Beam moves, and Brute or Unleashed for immediate usage for Sky Attack, Solarbeam, and other similar moves that don't grant the user semi-invulnerability.

I honestly have no idea what GF were thinking when they designed the starter trio this gen and deciding on the moves and abilities they get to have.
Chespin doesn't really get anything worthwhile that counters Delphox and it's supposed to be THE counter to Greninja, except Greninja gets fucking Protean and can learn Ice Beam, Aerial Ace, Extrasensory as mentioned and a bunch of other moves, instantly making it vastly superior to the other two.

It's almost as if GF wants to pretend there's no favorism about, then we see Fire dominance among starters in gen1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and they decide to finally change it to water this time around.

Fuck equality, GF style.

Yeah, something based on a witch/wizard should be THE coverage Pokemon.
Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Earth Power, and Flash Cannon.

Malamar should learn Psycho Boost since apparently "legendary signature move" doesn't mean squat anymore

Psycho Boost is Deoxys' signature move, much like Sacred Sword was Cobalion's, Virizon's, and Terakkion's (and I guess Keldeo). However, in Gen 6 it was apparently decided that Honedge should learn it, even though.
1. It's not a member of the musketeer's group
2. There is nothing righteous or "sacred" about Honedge at all
It makes no sense for the Honedge line to get Sacred Sword for flavor reasons. No, the fact it is a sword does not count, because then we might as well give it to Scyther (please no, Scizor does NOT need buffs).

Moves haven't really been exclusive to trio legendaries. Sacred Sword while unique isn't that special when compared to Secret Sword (Keldeo).

I understand your frustration but I honestly don't care much for Sacred Sword. Now if it had been something like Geomancy, Doom Desire or similar things would be different.
