I do use hacking to be honest; but to get things I want that would be possible in the game; but without all the grinding.

I would not use hacking to get a Lv. 100 shiny Arceus with Wonderguard. That's just fucking stupid. I'd use it to get Arceus (or whatever) if there was no other way in the game to get it; just like I used it in Crystal to get Celebi.

Anyway; this is moot because I don't play the online game and likely never will because of no fun allowed.

Only thing I ever use Pokegen for is checking IVs as I use a ND Adapter Plus to back up my saves of my cartridges. I love Pokecheck, but it's nice to check every box really fast.

It's not like it is hard to get 5IV pokemon as is, and there aren't many pokemon that actually care about all 6IVs.

Basically:
-put parents in daycare
-get egg, reject from daycare guy
-save
-get another egg
-hatch
-determine who passed down what IVs
-reset game
-swap parents so that the passed down IVs are 31 (the inheritance stays the same even after a game reset and changing the parents)
-get egg
-hatch
-perfect IVs

It's sort of an "accelerated" process, the more parents with a different combination of IVs you have, the easier it is to very quickly get perfect Pokemon.

It's also pretty much the only way to reliably get a Pokemon with 31 in all IVs.

There's no reason anyone should ahve to sit through soft resetting for HOURS upon hours to get first of all the correct nature, and secondly decent IVS.

It took me over 3 hours in HG/SS to get that stupid fucking Zapdos with the two above criteria.

Soft resetting is dumb and stupid. Other than that, though, breeding has been made extremely accessible in sixth gen, there is no reason to not breed your Pokemon this gen.

You can't even say that anymore, with the new breeding you can easily get what you want now in a few hours. Even a faggot like me that never tried to breed until this gen can easily get perfect mons without cheating now.
