You can give Ttar a Weather Rock to extend the weather duration to 10 turns. W Ttar/Excadrill/Garhcomp team usually gets in done in that amount of time.

Spinning is still fine, not many Spin Blockers want to come in on a Mold Breaker Excadrill anyway. Though, with Defog, I suppose you really want a spinner if you depend on your own Hazards a lot.

If you run Sticky Web you need something like a Ferrothorn or Ghost type to deal with spinning. Defog is also a major issue.

Plus, why the fuck is it so hard to understand that a Pokemon goes to ubers not if it's uncounterable, but if it centralizes the Meta. If you have to have Skarmory to deal with Excadrill then every team becomes Skarmory + Excadrill + Four fillers, which is centralizing.

Yeah, that shit's a waste of time. B2/W2 is over. There are too many ways to sweep for relying on an opponent constantly switching to be viable, especially on 3v3.
