So will Pokebank exclude items or does that only apply to Poketransporter? It'll be a real pain the ass to transfer items between versions if not, especially when new games come out.

Probably have to be split since KyuremB/W only have 1 Pokemon's data. If you tried to split it afterwards in XY, you'd probably get a random Zek/Reshi or Missingno

How do I get my pokemon from Diamond/Pearl on there?
I only have 4 badges in Black/White and don't feel like playing through it. So I can't access that weird transfer station?

You have to do what im doing. Complete Black/White again, so that you can capture previous gen pokes, then trade everything you want from Diamond/Pearl to Black/White. Same with HGSS i think. Such a fucking chore.

From Diamond/Pearl to Black/White? Yes. Black/White gets an app from ds store to transfer them to a special online area, which then transfers them to the main Pokebank, with that i expect you can prob do it box by box, or even everything at once.

its kind of best that we don't allow the transfer of items because there would be a shit load of people that would transfer stuff like master balls,special berrys like Enigma Berrys,special items like light balls you can get dome of these items through normal game play and you would ruin this experience by the transfer of these items from game to game.
Enigma Berry=If held by a Pokémon, it restores its HP if it is hit by any supereffective attack.

There is no proof that pokebank is tied to a save and it seems very unlikely considering it is meant to be used across multiple games

No they wont.

Pokebank is meant to HOLD pokemon outside of the game so that you can Withdraw them at your leisure. Even if you decide to withdraw them all the way down to the 7th or 8th gen titles.

You can even withdraw them on different game.
