How do you get 5 IV's on one of these faggots?

I managed to get 5 IV's in everything but sp.def and it has a wrong nature...but it seems like it's fucking rediculous to set it up to where you get exactly what you want.

keep catching/breeding them, hope to find one with at least 1 or x 31 IVs. Then use a ditto with good IVs. So in other words, with lots of luck

What if the ditto has a bad nature? Does that matter?

I have plenty of 3-4 IV rotoms right now, some of them have a good nature and some don't...what are my chances with those?

I got one with 31/31/31/x/31/31 in about two boxes. Just use a 3 IV Ditto and keep switching out the parent every time you get a better Rotom. And remember everstone and destiny knot.

I settled for a 3IV one max hp, sp. att, and spe def. and it still had outstanding potential.

Modest with 252 hp and 252 sp att and 4 def.

It has been serving me pretty well.

I used 2 IV dittos and worked my way up through 2 IV Rotoms, 3IV and finally a 4IV rotom.

Took me way less time than it took to do Blazkien and Dragonite.

Fuck hidden abilities.

Put an everstone one of the 3-4iv rotoms with the nature you want. Put the destiny knot on the ditto with the 2+ IVs the rotom doesn't have perfected you wish to pass. Make a sacrifice and pray to the RNG gods afterward.

If the rotom has an shit nature, you are absolutely fucked

You'd probably be better off starting over completely from scratch or trying to find a ditto with the right nature, throw an everstone on it, throw the destiny knot on the rotom, and pray

1/48 assumes you have a good 4IV genderless and a good 3IV ditto

I caught my Rotom with Timid first time, so I thought I would keep it and appreciate my luck rather than breed it to be Modest.

You guys need to step up your breeding. Just get a shitload of 3IV dittos and you can breed perfect anythings fast, genderless or not.

And since Ditto themselves can't breed more dittos, you can only work with what you can get.

it takes quite a bit of chain breeding and luck, though there's no way to actual guarantee it without having a perfect ditto already.

Actually, having lower Attack IVs on Pokémon like Rotom is beneficial. It reduces confusion damage, which is based on Attack.
