So, I just found out that the day-care man faces the road when he's got an egg with him, and faces the fence when he doesn't.

Why didn't anyone tell me about this before I've hatched over 800 eggs? I talked to him everytime I came past him to make sure, so much time wasted...

So, "stuff you didn't know about" thread I guess

I have a more dissapointing tip I never fucking knew about, I never knew until yesterday that if you use an everstone with the pokemon you are breeding in the daycare it carries its nature over

That if you go into the Summary for your pokemon and hold down a move you can switch all the moves order
I actually bothered to read the trainer tip outside the daycare while breeding yesterday

You have to, at the very least, have him off screen. Possibly have to enter a building/change routes/change towns as well.

well technically, if you stay in the area and walk thousands of steps back and forth with him still in view, he wont turn around until he goes off screen.

right? I don't really know that's just how it's always been
