They generally only use the potion when their pokemon reach red. I bring them to yellow, and 2HKO. Or just 1HKO. Embargo is nice also.

Yes, but only because I make it a point not to use items in-battle myself. If I had to face kids who buy out the shop in revives and potions every day, I'd stock a couple, too.

But seriously, do you guys have any tips on how to beat Olympia's last pokemon called Meowstic. She will always 1HKO all of my Pokemon. I have level 57 Braixen (didn't evolve it because Braixen is best gen 6 starter), a level 42 Raichu, a Level 40 Gardevoir, a level 48 Blaziken, a level 45 Lucario, and a level 40 Wartortle.
