Breed my male jolly with ditto to get a technician jolly female (males can now pass on hidden ability but only with ditto/same species), then I can again breed the female with a male exeggutor/hoppip to get a Jolly Technician Breloom with Bullet seed.
First I need to find a hoppip though.
