Hey /vp/,
Which would be the best nature and EV spread for both Wobbuffet and Malamar?
I'm thinking 252hp on Wobbuffet and then the rest divided between def and sp.def.
Not sure about Malamar though.

I dont know, it's base stats are pretty balanced so i dont know how to build it.

Wobbs hasn't changed at all, might as well use the set on Smogon.

Malamar generally goes 252 HP and 252 Attack.
Brave nature if going Trick Room. Jolly/Adamant if not.

Just go with full HP and full SpDef. You'd be stupid to not do a super power/contrary Malamar so you don't really need the def because you'll be boosting it every time.

Pretty simple tactic but i've wrecked other players online with mine. It's good HP make him an awesome bulky squid

Malamar is always going to be using:
Contrary + Superpower + Night Slash/Psycho Cut.

The last moveslot is up in the air, and it has a lot of options for it.
It gets dual screens, Hypnomiss, Topsy Turvy, Rock Slide, etc.

Its speed is ~70. It could be slower, but it suffices as a Trick Room user when Brave + 0 Speed IV, more so since it learns the move itself and is the only way to guarantee it outspeeding anything.

So full HP and SpDef EVs, Contrary/Superpower boost combo, Night slash and trick room.
What would be some good extra moves to have and how would I use Topsy Turvy with Contrary?
Wont that null out Contrary?

topsy turvy only effects the opponent

imo malamar is a pokemon who benefits from trickroom not a pokemon who should be used to set up trickroom. if malamar is out he should be hitting things.
