Is it possible the person is thinking of Nature Power? I don't think Heliolisk learns that though- but if that's the case, yes, it 'gets' Tri-Attack.

He kicks ass in weather with the correct ability. I use him on a rain dance team:

He can deal with Fire, Rock, Ground, and Ghost types well as long as he's not outsped. You just have to be smart with him and avoid priority at all costs.

What's with the physical moves? I can understand Volt switch, but dig/bulldoze? Not worth it. Best to put flamethrower for after your rain subsides or if you're using his other ability then you can take advantage of sunny weather.

He has a giant move pool, decent stats, and can be healed by water and rain at the cost of taking an extra 25% from fire and damage from hot sun. Or just the opposite, and get an extra 50% sp.atk under the hot sun with his hidden ability.

Glare seems like a decent egg move. It is pretty much a slightly better Thunder Wave now, just as accurate, more PP and can paralyze ground types.

Actually Yeah

Porygon 2, Porygon Z, Pyroar and Heliolisk are literally the only non legendary Normal Types(Areceus and Meloetta) that have a Special Attack Stat above 100, so they are the best users of Hyper Beam, but only when you know its gonna kill them
