How the fuck do I counter this asshole? His mixed defenses and special attack are crazy. My only thought so far is Mega Venusaur, but I don't really want to use my mega slot on him.

Gourgeist. WoW + Sub seeded and you'll stall it to death. At the absolute worst it will switch out and you can get a free WoW off on whatever switches in.

Alternatively, it's not very good at tanking physical damage, so if you can out speed it, OHKO it before you get burned. A solid hit from something like MKhan could work, or maybe an Unburden hitmonlee HJK

Quiver on turn one, rest on turn two, quiver on turn three, giga drain for full health again and it's dead. If he switches, you can probably predict to what.

Works against Hydropump or Surf, though choice specs variety with hydropump is dicey.

Just send out something with water absorb and trap it with bind/infestation or something, get a free set up.
