I have an Adamant Larvitar (with guts). 5IVs = HP, Attack, Defense, Sp. Def, Speed.

What can I do with it? Where should I spread my EVs? Should I bother with Tyranitarnite or whatever it's called?

try doing assault vest on it. go hp and attack and you can tank through an amazing amount of shit

252 hp, 252 atk, 4 spd

I have the exact same one as you. I did 252 Attack, 252 Spec D, 4 Speed.

Then I put the assault vest on. Dont bother with Tyranitarnite. Mawile, gengar, kang have the only worthwile megas

Reset Bags are random when you punch the empty training bag. However, you can get bags quicker if you wake up a sleeping poke.
