I could never bring myself to evolving my Joltik. It's just too fucking cute to handle. It'd be like a hybrid of chick, kitten and jumping spider, that just runs all over me and sits on my shoulder being all happy and shit. The only inconvenience being that I'd have static electricity all the time and I'd probably spark everybody on touch. For that same reason I'd never have a Darmanitan either. Darumaka seems able to kamikaze his way through anyone anyway.

The thing behind liking Galvantula even though being a spider is that Galvantula feels like being more close to a dog than an actual spider, being all fluffy and big. With real life spiders what I most find gross is those long slender legs and the way they move very fast and unpredictably. As far as I know Galvantula is nothing like that.

Sludge bomb kills everything that doesn't resist it in 1 or 2 hits, giga drain and leech seed takes care of recovery, thickfat means he's only weak to flying and psychic, fucking 80/120/120 defenses, HP is the lower of the 3 defenses, meaning more giga drain and leech seed recovery (recovers HP based on amount of HP stolen).
The only downside is I have to choose between him and this motherfucker
