I wondertraded my starter Greninja. It was level 90 and had a decent moveset and was fully EV trained and had a perfect nature for it (Hasty)

I got back a shiny adamant huge power bunnelby named Crécoinin (which is something like "Earthly bunny" in Irish)

I love this fucking Diggersby. Put your faith in Karma, OP.

Not to mention the shiny keeps the same pallet but moves the colors around. It's pretty pleasing to the eyes.

I gave some 4IV Adamant Gale Wings Fletchlings and 4IV Modest Rotoms and I got a 3IV Japanese Scyther and a 4IV Scyther, between them, perfect IV coverage for breeding, MM-ing right now with the both of them.

I swear, there's a mechanism the looks at what you trade away and tries to match it. That, or humanity really isn't as scummy as we thought.
