Hey /vp/, if there is a dedicated thread for questions I apologize but I have a quick question about evolution. Lets say I hold off on evolving my chespin so it can learn needle arm at 21 after which I let it evolve, when it evolves does it gain the points it would have gotten through leveling if I had let it evolve to Quilladin at 16 or are those points gone?
