I have no problem with Neutral coverage since its Sp. Atk stat is so enormous.

Also, Parabolic only feels worth it in doubles. People mainly go for thunder as Heliolisk gets dry skin, so with rain you'll have the regen and the 100% thunder accuracy. Really depends if you want to go specs or not, they work great on Heliolisk because of it's amazing coverage, the other option is life orb because with dry skin you take no real damage from it in the rain.

If you find problems with that though you can always swap out T-Bolt or Dark Pulse for Grass Knot if needs be.
