Reposting a few of mine from the last one of these I remember.

Fire
The user lights an invigorating bonfire near its team, healing allied Pokemon that switch into battle. Heals Fire-type Pokemon twice as much.

The user plants a circle of enchanted mushrooms around its team. The Special Defense of allied Pokemon is boosted when they switch in.

The user tenses its body to prepare for a sudden burst of action. Boosts Attack and guarantees that its next move will strike first.

Attacks by undermining the opponent's defenses. Deals increased damage to foes with very high Defense.

Magma Burst:Special, Fire/Ground, 10% chance to burn

Black magic:Special, Dark/Fairy

Blue Jet: Special, Flying/Electric, 10% chance to Paralyze

St Elmo's Fire: Special, Ghost/Fire, 10% chance to Burn

Don't really care about effectiveness but dual type moves are interesting. Feel free to make up Freeze Dry variations too

Blaze It:

That last move? Could also be Fast Draw or Iaijutsu or something. For a samurai-themed poke, though I wouldn't say no to having it on Mawile :)

Also, Cat Nap may be used while asleep OR awake- I originally thought of it sending the user to sleep until the end of the turn, but there's not much point in that. Maybe it only sends them to sleep and heals if they don't have another status?

It doesnt hurt itself like confusion, the attack instead just flat out misses.

Hits between 1-200 times. Each hit deals 1 damage. Incapable of critical hits.
(Obviously it wouldn't play an animation for each individual hit, like it normally does for multihit moves)

The user digs at the opponent as if it were digging for insects to eat. Deals super effective damage to Bug-types.

Rodents and other burrowing creatures (Heatmor, Pachirisu, etc.) could learn it. It would wreck the all-too-common Bug/Steel-types as well as Volcarona, Galvantula, and Scolipede at the expense of likely having poor distribution.
