I want to train up one of these guys, but I don't know whether I should make him a mixed attacker or just a special attacker.

If I went mixed it would be something like:
200 Atk/92 SpA/216 Spe
Sucker Punch
U turn
Extrasensory or Focus Blast
Flamethrower

And if I just went special attacker:
252 SpA/4 SpD/252 Spe
Dark Pulse
Focus Blast
Flamethrower
Nasty Plot

I don't need anything really specific for my team, because I've already got around 20 or so trained up for battle that I rotate around. I just want to abuse Illusion. Opinions?
