Tips for people new to competitive Pokemon!?

Hey Vp finally bread an Eevee with perfect IV's and a modest nature... now is the tough part I've looked up stuff and I'm not sure what moves to get it/ what way to EV train it. Any tips? Also try to help out others?

Sounds like you want full offense because of your Nature. 252 in Speed and Special Attack. Be Glaceon, Jolteon, Vaporean, Espeon or Sylveon.

Your only option is Jolteon. And its kind of neutured without signal beam this gen. Best bet is volt switch, Thunder, rain dance, and shadow ball. 248 sp atk evs and 248 speed evs and 8 hp.
