Your best bets are Jolly or Adamant, though I have been considering making her Brave to fit into my Trick Room team.

I currently run:

-Return
-Fake Out
-Crunch
-Sucker Punch

The Steel nerf has greatly helped her this Gen. Also, you never want to go straight into Mega with Kanga. Scrappy is a damn good ability to pass over and people will swap in a ghost type if they see her coming.

Earthquake
Crunch/Sucker Punch

Best set. Return does more damage, but Dizzy Punch has a fairly good chance to confuse. Sucker Punch has priority, but is easy to predict and only has 8 PP. Pick whatever you think is best.

Crunch and Sucker Punch is just retarded. Earthquake hits harder and provides extra coverage. PUP is also recommended though not necessary, it's weak alone but it's basically a Swords Dance that isn't affected by Taunt.

Don't. Best moves to pick from are:

-Return (best STAB you can get)
-Sucker Punch (priority)
-Crunch (no priority but good damage against Ghost types)
-Fake Out (personally wouldn't use it but it has its uses)
-Earthquake (good attack all around, extra coverage)
-Power-Up Punch (that attack boost)

You can look for other moves if you don't want to seem obvious. Thrash isn't recommended because you're giving Gengar a free switch-in.

Though to be fair a defensive MKhan is useless without Drain Punch. No reliable recovery otherwise.
