I think Exploud will probably get a pretty big boost because of that. Noivern will probably be the standard OU sound user, but Exploud could easily go UU, maybe even OU since it gets STAB on boomburst.

Heck, Chatot will probably even do a bit better, it got the sound buff, STAB boomburst, and now Chatter is a damaging Confuse Ray with no resistances.
