I've got a few questions about EVs and ditto.
1)What exactly does ditto copy in a battle?
2)Smogon has ditto with a relaxed nature, if it copies the pokemon's nature then what's the point of it mattering?
3) When smogon lists recommended EVs as "252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe" does that mean, in super training, I should do the level 1 SpD once, and then do the level 3 super training (which gives 12 points) until it adds up to 252? Is that how it works?
4) What exactly do EVs do in general?
I don't want to follow smogon's every step but I think it's a good place for a beginner to get a good idea of how to train his pokemon. Apparently the team I made myself is all "RU" or "UU".
