Noibat's German name is eF-eM, and Noivern's is UHaFnir. Are there any other Pokémon with similarly capitalized, or unusually spelled names?

Yeah it does. The letters are capitalized because it's UHF, not Uhf. They mixed UHF with fafnir to get UHaFnir.

But UHF is an acronym, not technically a word. Yes it looks silly, but it's proper. If it was written as Uhafnir, the pun would be so obscure that Germans would start making "mind = blown" images over it.
