From what I can see, it goes:

1. parental bond
2. gale wing
3. stance change
4. protean

Parental bond essentially gives you STAB on everything and destroys all subs. It's hilariously broken.

Pixilate and Refrigerate would be more useful if the pokemon that have them didn't already have the best special fairy and ice moves

they have limited options for making use of it, such as Hyper Voice and Round.

Mega Pinsir at least can use Aerilate to its advantage

Mega Launcher would be good if it affected more moves. Hydro Pump, Sludge Bomb, and Flash Cannon not being boosted is unacceptable.

I really can't think of a reason to ever run Hyper Beam on anything, ever. The only time you wouldn't be shooting yourself in the foot by using it would be using it on the opponent's last Pokemon, but wasting a moveslot for that occasion is just dumb.

I think giving a turn of setup is a fair trade-off for the 1-hit-KO you just got on that Garchomp.

Almost any ice type attack takes down Garchomp, STAB+refrigerate boosted hyper beam against some walls could probably help though.

Too bad you can't even get the OHKO on Chompy because you're slow as fuck and have the shittiest typing possible. You don't even have fairy-type as an excuse, you just get OHKO'd by unboosted Outrage.

Hyper Voice is really good on Sylveon and Gardevoir though. 117 base STAB on Mega-Gardy and it's like I'm playing Skyrim.
