So, I caught one of this fuckers of pure luck searching for an Infilitrator Lampent in the friend safari zone. Sadly, I was leading with a Trace Ralts to check if it had the ability instead of my Sincronize Modest Ralts, and when I catched it, it was Jolly. Also, it had 31 IV in HP, Atk and Spd.

Chandelure is my favourite shiny, but I doubt he can be useful. Is there any way to make this fucker works?
