Why are pretty much all Gen VI pokemon so hilariously bad?

Either it has awful movepool, or awful stats, or an awful ability, or all three. I haven't seen so much unusable shit since gen I.

Even pokemon that are hyped as the best of the generation aren't really impressive by all means.

It has enough atk to be mixed if you wanted, and priority type change with Water Shuriken or Shadow Sneak, is a good defensive move if you would like to play that way.

They probably would have. It gets fucking Power Up Punch but no Focus Blast. Fucking every fire starter gets Focus Blast. The inaccuracy is a travesty but god damn they hate Delphox almost as much as Flareon. At least it gets decent stats but still.

I was assuming you would use Forest Curse to prevent Ghosts from fleeing Chandelure. I was just saying that Ghosts would still be able to switch out of Shadow Tag, even after Forest Curse.

Goodra is a great special wall, and Sap Sipper is also useful. It's not bad at all, if you use Assault Vest + Infestation it can also act as a useful trapper. The people who think it's shit are the same people who think anything that isn't a hyper offensive sweeper with only 1-2 counters is shit.

Stone Edge isn't really all too much more common than shit like Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Outrage, the Elemental Punches, Wild Charge, Waterfall, Megahorn, Night Slash, you get the point.

There's a ton of contact moves used even if Earthquake exists, it's not like Earthquake is one of the only moves.

I use Goodra with RainRest Hydration.

And Thunder; it works decent, but the lacks of moveslot is a problem, and even with Free Rain with Politoed, Poli is not so solid considering that MegaZard Y is fucking everywhere spamming Solarbeam and Sun Boosted Fire Blast that can roast even fucking Kyogre.

This Gen old fashioned weather is more viable with Megas summoning them, this way you can remove their weather almost instantly.
