out of all my 130+ online battles I have never been able to defeat a xerneas. the few times arcanine (my usual lead) survives until xerneas comes out, it's usually something like nve crit moonblast. then I get wrecked.

Going down tiers is saying "I'm willing to give up using certain pokemon if the opponent is, so that weaker pokemon can perform in a better environment for them". Most people can use whatever the fuck they want in OU, and if it's banned there guess what, they can use literally almost anything they want in ubers (exceptions being global clauses, but evasion shit is allowed).
I don't get why the tier system receives so much flak.
