well, to start off, i'd like to point out that, according to my theory, the first mewtwo was made by team rocket, and the second one was created by team plasma.
now, if both mewtwos were to meet, they most likely would form an instantaneous bond and would probably team-up or something of the sort.
the reason behind this is simply because both mewtwos had one real goal, to fit in, one mewtwo did this by making clones of its own, while the other found a love for the pokemon around it (despite feeling like a sore thumb), hence the reason why it took such a liking to the genesect.
After seeing each other, they would finally feel... welcome, or no longer alone in the world they live in, and would try their hardest to fulfill a new life goal: procreation, odd as it sounds, the mewtwo would try to make its own real species.
now if i were to speak in terms, and on behalf of Nintendo, well, they would probably have an amazing battle to the death, why? to appease the viewers.
the real question is:
where did the two teams get mews DNA?
