What's up /vp/

I know there are some pretty smart Trainers out here (competitive wise) and I have a question

What kind of team should I build revolved around my Mawile (mega)

Im fairly new and I dont know where to begin finding pokemon, all i know is I want my mawile to be mega.

Also competitive general I guess

I've been using ninjask with baton pass, substitute, protect, u-turn/double team. Hold item: focus sash if it has double team, leftovers otherwise. I switch into aerodactyl if the opponent uses a GW talonflame.

I'm using the Scolipede lead listed below running megahorn in the last slot. I have a gyarados choice banded for the third slot. Running Dragonite for coverage, magic bounce espeon to handle entry hazards. Oh and imposter ditto because why not. Pretty fun so far. I do suggest it.

If i switched him out I'd just a Klefki, Rotom-W, or a Dusknoir. Backing a burn is really useful atm.
