Its very hard to make a team of my favorites because most of them are Bug like Crustle, Shedinja, Volcarona and since theyre all Bug they die pretty easily because of their shitty typing. The only one that actually isnt a bug I like is Drapion. Always forget hes Poison/Dark.

I can't imagine anything Mega Heracross does is nearly as useful as Quick Attack/Thrash after being boosted by Mega Pinsir's ability, but being an X player with no way to have Heracross' stone, I've no way of knowing.

Though I will say that jumping in and killing something on low health with Moxie Pinsir using Quick Attack and Mega Evolving the next turn is an amazing feeling and everyone should try it. If Heracross can learn Quick Attack then I suggest they do the same.

I've got a shiny one from a Safari Paras that I evolved. I think grass might be my favorite type aesthetically, but bugs are pretty cool, too. Scolipede, Pinsir, Galvantula, Shuckle, Escavalier, and Volcarona are all total bros. Heracross is cool, too, though.

My favourites tend to be the macabre/2spooky4u type pokemon. I used to run an entire team of that genre. It was terrible competitively, but it was so much fun to use.

Bug, my favorite pokemon has always been Dragonite but the first one I ever got that seemed BADASS was Beedrill and I fell in love with him. I raised every bug Pokemon I could to max level even when my friends made fun of me for it.

After gen V I really began liking bug, simply because it introduced so many cool bug designs. And I classify Flygon in with them because of the egg group.

They had quite a shitty showing this gen though, and fairy's now been coming up to become one of my faves.

Charizard, Flaming Honey Badger Typhlosion, Super Ultra Death Chicken Blaziken, Fire Sorcer. Fuck you she doesn't prepare her spells Delphox, Arcanine, Ninetales, Volcrana, Talonflame, all of them are just fun pokemon that I love to carry around.

I had a problem in 6th Gen that my team was getting too fire heavy early on with all the strong Fire types the game handed out.

Bug Master Race. They're all adorable and awesome. I fell in love with them the moment I saw Caterpie in Pokemon Yellow, I always train a ton of them. And it just keeps getting better each generation. Shame there's only Scatterbug this gen, but he's great too!
