I have an Spanish (Español) Ralts if you want to Masuda it, I just ask for a Trace Ralts/Kirlia in return. Or a female Lampent/Litwick with hidden ability in a dusk ball. But a Trace Ralts is fine.

With both parents having the appropriate 5 perfects, your shiny will have at least, but probably just, 4 perfects. 1/6 chance for the same 5 perfect. You can luck out, or get fucked over with a 0 in speed or something. Compared to previous gens though, that's pretty damn good.
For reference, mine hatched with the IVs 21/10/31/31/31/31. Not perfect, but still useable.

If you have two 6 IV parents you have a 1/6th chance for a perfect IV spread, and a 1/32th chance of 6 IVs. It gets worse if you start adding in Hidden Abilities and Gender.

One 5 IV and 6 IV parent give you guaranteed 4 IV offspring, and 5 IV parents guaranteed 3 IV offspring.

Yeah but I mean as long as you use those parents, when the shiny happens the IVs won't be shit. Not Perfect but getting a near perfect with 5IV is a very solid chance with 2 5IV parents

Foreign Pokemon (i.e. Pokemon originating from a country different from yours, if it is foreign the game will display a small 3 letter tag telling you what country it's from) + Any other Pokemon in the daycare results in a raised chance for shiny offspring.

IIRC the odds go from the natural 1/8192 to about 1/1365.

I must confess that I'm just getting to the third gym in-game, so I have no way besides characteristics to check what IVs the babies actually have. I'm breeding my own Japanese Modest Ralts with an English one I got on here with 6VIs + Destiny Knot and hoping for the best. Anyone hoping for perfects and such may want to apply elsewhere, but I do have a handful left from breeding one for Shawn.

A European trading a pokemon to an American doesn't count if the European is playing in english.
Game Freak went through the trouble of 3ds region settings for Vivillon patterns, but the language setting is what determines a foreign pokemon.

Breeding with a foreign pokemon doubles the shiny rate, but the effect doesn't stack
If Masuda Method is in effect the game will attempt to generate a shiny 13 times per ~66000 times. The normal rate is 8 per 66k, but in Gen 6 this was increased to 16 per 66k in a normal encounter.
It is currently unknown if the Masuda Method was also doubled, or if it merely stacks.
Also when the Masuda Method is in effect everstone does not pass on natures.
