Mega Mawile has a brutally high attack stat, has good defensive typing (only weak to fire and ground), and has Sucker Punch to make up for its speed (or you can use it as a Trick Room sweeper to turn its low speed into a boon). It is pretty one-dimensional though (doesn't have a very large physical movepool) and relies heavily on Sucker Punch prediction.
Mega Gardevoir doesn't have quite as good defensive typing. Even though it is immune to Dragon, its physical bulk leaves much to be desired. Being weak to Bullet Punch and Shadow Sneak doesn't do it any favors either, but it has a huge base Sp. Atk going for it, great special bulk, good coverage options, as well as a great support movepool (screens, Will-O-Wisp, Wish).
