This is the face of a man who killed himself, his loyal Pokemon, and possibly many of his followers in a suicidal hissy fit. His grunts believed in him. They joined Team Flare because they wanted to survive his planned genocide. And he killed who knows how many of them because he couldn't accept defeat. This guy is a murderer. He's the most evil Pokemon video game villain - even worse than Ghetsis. At least Ghetsis didn't kill his own Pokemon or grunts.
