Speed is really what kills Eelektross, or the fact that it's not bulky enough to have that low of a speed stat.
A Pokemon that has no weaknesses (bar from Mold Breaker Pokemons), an awesome movepool that ensures you deal at least neutral damage (most often SE damage).
