Six eevolutions

I want to have a team with six eevolutions.
I have no idea about competitive pokemon so I hope you guys can give me a bit advice on how to create a team.
I know that this is a terrible idea but I want to get this working as good as possible.

Bad idea. They're all way too narrow to be any sort of effective team. You can do it as a gimmick sure, but don't expect to win much.

I'm currently working on breeding Eevees, just got a 5IV Pikachu with Wish, and I have an Eevee that has the last stat covered. Glad to know what natures to watch for now.

I haven't really tried an eeveelution team, but I can tell you Umbreon is pretty good at least. Lately I've stalled out entire battles with it. I'd also use Vaporeon, Jolteon and Sylveon.

ive been getting wish onto togepi, breeding it onto a male skitty, leveling skitty up to heal bell, breeding wish and heal bell onto umbreon then forcing that and my best umbreon to fuck for weeks now

Eeveelutions can be great. But an entire team of them is going to get you wrecked, hard. Eevee team is just not viable.
