What happened to Wonder Trade?
I used it 3 times a few weeks ago trading away my little chickens and I get overrun by elemental monkeys and weedles from the Japs.
I proceed to WT away my Klefki's and the Japs are pulling through.

What the hell?
Did someone finally knock some common decency into the Japs?

I often get shitmons from Europeans, averagely from Americans and rarely from Japanese.

And it really varies at what time you're wonder trading. Trading at late time for Europeans increases the chance the kids are asleep, therefore reduces to get a shitmon.

It all depends on the time I think. I often get great mons from Europeans and Japanese and get shitmons from the US and UK.

Most people should be in the postgame by now, so they're dumping their breeding leftovers. Just earlier I was dumping my own breeding rejects and got a 5iv impish superize gourgeist from some Japanese dude. It's awesome.

Of course, there are still shitty things, but it's not as prevalent as it was before. You can actually get really pleasant surprises now.

by any chance, is the OT Number 31227? That'd be mine then since I was giving out some a while ago.
I got a perfect japanese Honedge w/ 31/31/31/x/31/0 so I'm going to be breeding the thing all day tomorrow.

I for one feed my leftovers from breeding into it so I'm not shitting up the place. I have a question though, I heard that bad eggs were being received from the wonder trade and that they bascially ruin your save file if you get one. I heard this early last week and was wondering if that was just overblown and the wondertrade is still safe to use.

After about 4 boxes (124 Pokemon) traded I got:
63 lvl 1 Pokemon of varying quality, lots of them look like decent breeding leftover with Hidden Abilities, egg moves, starters, etc...
36 non-derp safari, highlevel or other Pokemon that might be considered semi-desireable at least.
25 early route shitmon

The only question is now if I really need 96 Rare Candies, or if I should just leave the Pokemiles to see what comes later.

Bad eggs can't be Wonder Traded, but I think it can occur if there is an interruption in the connection during the trade that corrupts the data. I'm not 100% sure, but most of the places I researched came to similar conclusions.
