If he used protect on Blaziken he probably could have killed me. I did just find a new favourite Pokemon though.

I've only watched the first few turns, but you've made a lot of mistakes already:
Keeping Dragonite in against Forretress, who will almost always certainly set up spikes. You should have swapped in something that can threaten it or set-up on it, rather than hit it for shit damage against its high defense
Outrage against Forretress while Sylveon is still alive. Not only does Outrage not do much to Forretress, but Sylveon will cause you to waste a turn
Keeping Dnite in after Confusion and Yawn. Should have probably swapped in Klefki, who is immune to Toxic Spikes and resists Moon Blast.

I'm too lazy to analyze more, but that should help you figure out better moves for the future.
