What's a good spread for this fucker?

I'm thinking about an Adamant Malamar with Contrary, and 252 HP/ 252 ATK/ 4 SP EV spread, with:

-Topsy Turvy
-U-Turn
-Psycho-Cut
-Superpower

Thoughts?

I'd advise against U-turn, because it conflicts with Superpower's raising utility. Night slash is definitely good for STAB, and relatively essential in Malamar's ability to deal with Aegislash.

The last move is what is trumping me. Topsy Turvy is sweet, but it doesn't do anything to aid in the purpose of sweeping. Taunt might not be too bad, neither would Substitute. Gotta test stuff

little hijack but what would be the best spread for Tyranitar if I want him to outspeed most of the game after Dragon Dance, have max Att and the rest put into Defense.
May play him as Mega

I use the following:

Malamar @Leftovers
252 Atk / 252 Def
Hypnosis
Psycho Cut
Night Slash
Superpower

I send it as soon as the other guy uses Sticky Web or Aegislash.

Then I sweep away.

Mega-TTar outlcasses normal TTar as a Dragon Dancer. Buffed defense, and a very crucial 10 BP more.
Most of the game will be outsped after a single DD, even with standard investment. Jolly makes sure that shit like Terrakion (once it's released) gets outsped for sure, I believe.

It depends on what you want to do. If you're going for pure Topsy Turvy shenanigans, U-Turn and Topsy Turvy together work nicely. Though, switch Psycho-cut to Night slash, for the better coverage.
What makes me worry is, I don't have faith that Malamar is bulky enough to really make use of Topsy Turvy. If that move was priority, Topsy Turvy would be amazing, but as is it seems lackluster to me. A boosted pokemon would likely fuck Malamar.

I'd rather run him as a weird sort of pivot-check sweeper build.

That's the set I'd go for. Swapping the Def EVs in HP, and throwing 4 into speed works too.
