Gardevoir is most viable as the recipient of baton pass. I usually run Mew with rock polish and calm mind,and try to get off two calm minds and one rock polish, then when you swap over to a gardevoir with stored power it will have a base 140 psychic move with 100% accuracy, as well as triple it's base special attack, and double it's base speed, making it completely viable as a special sweeper if you throw down focus miss, t-bolt and moon blast. the 3x sp defence also means that only physical moves will be able to dent it. of course, mega evolving it will provide even better esults
