their pokemon hit level 50+ after some point too, not sure which though. Might've been post E4. I could never identify the transition point.

Horde EV training usually brings me to about level 20ish, so one round of Le Wow gets them up to about 50, meaning if I hatch a 5IV egg it's battle ready in 30-40 minutes.
