Hello, /VP/oreons. I just bred up a modest, 5V (not maxed in attack) flash fire Litwick, and am planning on raising her up to a Chandelure.
Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure of a good build for the spooky little miss, and Smogon builds have only lead to defeat for me previously.
Any suggestions for her EVs and moveset?

If it helps any, the rest of my team is the offensive Klefki build (with Foul Play, Swagger, T-Wave, and Sub), Haxorus (Poison Jab, DDance, Outrage, EQ), and Mega Gengar (Toxic, Sub, Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Ball)
