You all get to help me out!>Fainted Pokes will be boxed >I can only catch the first Pokemon I encounter in a route/cave/etc. If it's a Pokemon I already have, repeat until it's a new one >All Pokes will be nicknamed >I can't use gift Pokemon, such as Kanto starters. Pokemon Amie helped me a bit, but by no means was it gamebreaking because I still got my shit wrecked. You definately need to Super Train your guys if you at least want to be on par with later trainers.

I had a few guys Pokemon Amie maxed but it honestly took more time to get them 5 hearts and slowed my progression down to a crawl, especially if you plan to ST them and make sure they're at least 5~ levels ahead of where you're going. But even then it wasnt enough

The girls with the puffy dresses usually have 2-4 Audinos that only know Take Down and it doesnt hit for very much, very safe to level up on since they give almost 5k experience for each kill. Don't make the mistake I made and fight the gym trainers again that show up there unless you're absolutely confident you can take them down again.
