I've been searching everywhere and can't find a single one -

Does anyone have a foreign (non-English) Chespin by chance? Max IVs are a plus!

Can offer 5 IV / shiny pokemon, I'm just having no luck. Looking for one so I can start MM'ing for a shiny one.

Have you tried just adding someone that has them in their friend safari, catching one, then putting it up on the GTS with the short message being "Non English"?
That's how I've gotten all my foreign dittos.
Just gotta be from level 21-30.

If you do that you should at least get two max IVS.

Finding one for trade has been impossible so I'm gunna try to breed for one myself.

Does it have any Max IVs?

I have a 5 IV, Timid, Egg move Fennekin.
Also have 4 IV Snorunt with Egg move.
