Signal beam is no longer a TM.

I was trying to build my alakazam for my team and I have these moves for him
-psychic
-focus blast (hes a kadabra right now so im just hoping he's still able to learn it)
-energy ball
-
since signal beam is gone I dont really have a fourth so what do I go with the fourth? I was thinking hidden power for coverage but if anyone knows a better way to do it this gen id be gracious to know
